Azima — one address, measured

The light check is free and needs no account; the PDF report costs once, Premium calculates without limit. Not a survey; a measured disadvantage is never removed.

What none of it does

Nothing here is a survey, legal advice or a valuation. Every figure comes from open data or from a calculation whose method and limits are stated on its page. A measured disadvantage — shading, aircraft noise, summer heat — is never removed and never switched off for a listing; it is only explained better. Vienna only.
