What Azima measures

Six things about one address, each computed from open data rather than written from a sales text. Every page says what is computed — and where the calculation stops.

One address, six questions
☀️Sunlight hours per room: how much sun a window actually getsWhat decides the light in a room is not its compass direction but what stands opposite. Azima works the sun’s position minute by minute against the measured horizon around the building — and ends with two figures: how much sun in total, and how much of it in one unbroken stretch.🏢Shading by neighbouring buildings — the figure an orientation cannot give youAlmost every listing states an orientation. It describes a rotation, not the arrival of light. Anyone writing about sunlight in a listing should have the neighbouring buildings in the calculation — otherwise the advert makes a claim the viewing disproves.🌡Solar load per room: which room gets hot in summerSame calculation, different question. A room with too little sun in winter often has too much in summer — and on the top floor under a metal roof that is not a detail. Solar load relates the incoming sun per room to its floor area and shows which room carries the burden.✈️Aircraft noise at one address: which flight path, how often, at what hourA noise map colours areas. A flat sits at a point, and what matters there is: does the address lie within the measurement band of a flight path, how many aircraft passed in the sample, and at what time of day.📐Reading floor plans, OpenImmo and IFC — in the browser, without uploadThree ways in, one report out. A floor plan as an image or PDF, the agent export your software already writes, or an IFC model. Reading happens on the device — there is no endpoint the file could go to.

The common tools answer the light question from a compass direction, or buy in a shadow map for the outside and leave the inside to the orientation. Both truths then sit in one document about one property. Here everything comes out of the same geometry, so the hour at the window is the hour in the room behind it.
