Azima Premium is the subscription for agents and developers: every property as an exposé with hours of direct sun per room, the flat from inside, location text and the Azima seal; enrich one OpenImmo file at once; a partner link per listing; your own sender on every page. It costs €89 a month including VAT, renews monthly and can be cancelled any time for the end of the month. It is sold via Paddle.com Market Ltd as merchant of record; there is no account — a twelve-character Azima key is the login on any device. During the beta all Premium features are free.
How Premium works without an account
Subscribe. One click opens Paddle’s checkout: e-mail for the invoice, card or PayPal, VAT ID for reverse charge. No password, no account.
Keep your key. After paying you see your Azima key — twelve characters. It stays on this device, you copy it or e-mail it to yourself, and it is printed in every purchased PDF.
Use it anywhere. On another device: enter the key here or in Azima — Premium is active. Invoices, payment method and cancellation live on this page, one click into Paddle’s customer portal.
Honest, even when it hurts
A measured disadvantage is never removed, only explained better — aircraft noise, shading, summer heat stay in the exposé, Premium included. That is exactly why a buyer believes the sheet, and exactly the value you pay for.

How do I cancel?
Under “Your subscription” on this page: “Cancel subscription” opens Paddle’s customer portal, where one click ends the subscription for the end of the paid month. Nothing to phone, nothing to write. Until then everything stays open; no further charge follows.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes — from Paddle.com Market Ltd, by e-mail after each payment, with VAT shown or as reverse charge if you entered a VAT ID. Past invoices are in the customer portal (“Invoices & payment method”).
How do I log in without an account?
With your Azima key: twelve characters that Azima shows you after buying and that your browser keeps. On another device, enter the key here or in Azima — that is all. Lost it? It is printed in every purchased PDF; otherwise send the invoice number from Paddle’s e-mail to [email protected] and the key comes back.
Can I use Premium on several devices?
Yes. The key is not tied to a device — enter it on each one. It is meant for one office; the seal on the exposé carries your sender.
What data does Azima store about me?
None with a name: only that a random key has been paid, plus Paddle’s subscription and customer IDs, so the portal can open. Address and floor plan of every property stay in your browser. Payment details and e-mail are with Paddle only.
Is there a trial?
During the beta everything is free, Premium included — that is the trial. From 1.0 the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the subscription; a single report is refunded if it could not be created.
What if I stop paying?
Premium ends at the end of the paid month; reports created until then keep their seal. The light check stays free forever.
