Withdraw from contract
If you bought a report or Premium as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the purchase without giving reasons. Your contract partner for the purchase is Paddle.com Market Ltd; the withdrawal goes to Paddle.
How it works
“Withdraw from contract” opens the form above: your name, the contract (Azima key or Paddle invoice number) and the e-mail address for the confirmation. “Confirm withdrawal” records the declaration; you immediately see the acknowledgement of receipt with date and time and can save it as a file. Within 14 days of the purchase Azima initiates the refund with Paddle right away — a single report is refunded in full, a Premium subscription is ended immediately and the first payment refunded. Paddle confirms the refund by e-mail to the address used for the purchase.

On paddle.net or through the link in the e-mail you received from Paddle for your purchase.
Or by e-mail: one line with the subject “Withdrawal” to the address in the imprint, [email protected] — ideally with the invoice number from Paddle’s e-mail.
Single report and Premium
For a single report you expressly request before buying that work begins straight away, and you confirm that you lose your right of withdrawal once the report has been fully created. Whether a refund is still made after that depends on the law and on Paddle’s buyer terms. If creating the report stops before it is complete, you get the full price back.
If you withdraw from Premium within 14 days of subscribing, Paddle refunds the first payment in full under its refund policy. Ending the subscription later is a cancellation: Cancel contracts here.
