Azima has no account. Your purchase hangs on your Azima key — twelve characters like AZ-7K3D-9M2Q-4XPL. You saw it in the sheet after buying, and it is in the confirmation e-mail. Lost it? You can get it back here.
Where is my PDF?
The report is made after payment on your own device, in the browser — the PDF is stored nowhere but with you. It then lies in your downloads folder.
To create it again, also on another device: open Azima → the same address and floor, add your floor plan → “Report” → “Already bought? Enter your Azima key”. The key of a single report is valid for that one address and floor; you may still change the floor plan.
Premium on another device
Enter your Premium key on the Premium page under “Your subscription” or in Azima in the report sheet; it works on every device of your office. Invoices, payment method and cancellation are there too.

The invoice comes by e-mail from Paddle.com Market Ltd, the seller. Withdraw from contract · Cancel contracts here · Terms and refunds.
