The tower holds 424 owner-occupied flats, and the lower neighbouring building 87 rental flats — 511 in all, between about 40 and 300 square metres. At its base there are a kindergarten, a supermarket, a gym and retail space. The Marina Deck covers the Handelskai and leads, open to the public, straight to the bank of the Danube.
What works surprisingly well
The U2 is at the door: Donaumarina station is about a minute on foot from the tower, and buses 77A, 79A and 79B stop there too.
The Danube is close: over the Marina Deck you reach the bank without having to cross the Handelskai. And if you live high up, you look out over the river and the city.
What you consciously accept
The Handelskai lies between the building and the Danube: right at the tower, the 2022 noise map shows road and rail traffic of 65 to 69 dB each, weighted over the whole day — calculated, not measured.
The surroundings are not quiet either: in the nearest Grätzl, Prater / Lusthaus, quiet reaches 5.6, below the Vienna median of 6.8.

Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to live high up and new, with the U2 at the door and the Danube right behind — and who accepts the Handelskai between the building and the river. If you want quiet, Altbau or a Grätzl with Beisln and markets, you will not find it here.
