Short and honest: you live on the Rosenhügel in Meidling, in a car-free new-build neighbourhood with around 1,100 flats for around 2,300 people, built over about ten years. The trade-off: there is no U-Bahn within walking distance — the bus stops in the neighbourhood.

Who is it for?
For anyone who wants to live new, car-free and in the green on the edge of the city — families, co-housing groups, people in subsidised housing. If you want the U-Bahn at the door or an established Grätzl with restaurants, you will not find it here.
