Stadtwanderweg 4a: The Ottakring variant
From the U3 station Ottakring up Gallitzinstraße to the Jubiläumswarte and back across the Kreuzeichenwiese — the same lookout tower as trail 4, approached from the Ottakring side.

- 3The highest pointThe summit sits at about 445 m. Across the whole trail some 300 m of ascent add up — which is why it takes longer than the kilometres suggest.
- 4WilhelminenbergPart of this counts among Vienna's officially designated quiet areas ("Landschaftsschutzgebiet Hernals"). At 274 m you are 102 m above the city basin — the view comes with the address.
- 5Finish: Ottakring (U3)Back where you started: the loop closes here, and the same public transport you came on takes you home. Along the way lay Penzing Dorf and Wilhelminenberg, each neighbourhood with its own Living Score.
