Stadtwanderweg 4: Dehnepark & Jubiläumswarte
Up through the Dehnepark to the Jubiläumswarte. From the tower the view runs across the whole west of the city, on a clear day as far as the Schneeberg.
The trail runs about 7.2 km and takes roughly 2.75 hours on foot. It starts at Rettichgasse (Straßenbahn 49) in the 14 (Penzing) district — reachable by public transport, like every Stadtwanderweg. What interests us is less the climb than the doorstep: this is how living looks where the trail runs.
